Victoria Wright

Hi, I’m Victoria Wright and I am from Richmond, Virginia! I’m a sophomore majoring in Biological Engineering with a concentration in Ecological Engineering and minoring in Biological Sciences. I am a yoga instructor on campus at Wellness and Recreation and work at the Climbing Wall and Challenge Course. I’m so excited to be more involved on campus this semester, Go Pack!

Abina Nimalashanthan

Hi! I’m Abina and I’m a rising junior from New Jersey in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Pharmacoengineering and a minor in Business Administration. In addition to being an Engineering Ambassador, I’ve continued my passion for dance through NC State’s competitive classical Indian dance team Thandav and classical Indian dance competition Navarasa. I’m also in the University Honors Program and a member of clubs such as the Society of Women Engineers, Girls Engineering Change, and Engineering World Health. Currently I’m doing a Research Experience for Undergraduates project (REU) with the joint Biomedical Engineering department between NC State and UNC Chapel Hill to test and characterize emissions from electronic nicotine products. Go Pack!!

Lexie Cash

Hello, My name is Alexie (Lexie) Cash and I am a rising sophomore in Biomedical Engineering. On campus I am a member of Engineering Ambassadors, the NCSU honors college, Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and the Vegan and Vegetarian Club. When I’m not working/doing school work, I enjoy running, hiking with my dog, baking/cooking, and reading.

Maddie Barker

Hi everyone! My name is Maddie Barker and I am a Junior studying Biomedical engineering through the dual program with UNC Chapel Hill. I studied abroad in Prague, Czech Republic my freshman year. I had an internship at FujiFilm Diosynth Biotechnologies this past summer and will be working part time with them during the school year. I love sports, coffee, and hanging out with friends. Samhitha Gali

Hey everyone! My name is Samhitha Gali and I am a junior from Charlotte, NC. I am majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Biological Sciences. Aside from being an Engineering Ambassador, I am the President of the Red Cross Club here on campus, Co-founder and Recycling Coordinator of Partners for World Health Chapter, member of the Science Olympiad Alumni Organization and a member of the Scholar’s Program. Outside of school, I love to bake, watch movies, spend time outdoors , and hangout with my friends. Go Pack!

Caitlyn Bell

Hey Wolfpack! My name is Caitlyn and I am a senior in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Sustainable Engineering, Energy, and the Environment. Through NC State, I have been involved with Engineers Without Borders and the Grand Challenge Scholars Program, as well as studying abroad in Iceland. I have participated in research with the Department of Chemical Engineering, the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences, and the College of Natural Resources. I have also had two internships with GE Gas Power in Greenville, SC. Go Pack!

Casee Loudermilk

What’s up, Wolfpack? My name is Casee Loudermilk! I am a junior hailing from Statesville, NC majoring in chemical engineering and minoring in biotechnology and nuclear engineering. On campus, I am involved with American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Women in Nuclear, the Academic Success Center, and the PULSTAR nuclear reactor. I love meeting new people, so don’t be a stranger if you see me around!

Gigi Gauthier

Hi, I’m Gigi and I’m a junior in the dual major program with both Chemical Engineering and Paper Science and Engineering. Aside from being an Engineering Ambassador, I am involved in Club Volleyball, University Scholars Program, and the Technical Association of Pulp and Paper! I have interned with International Paper in Savannah, Georgia and Merck Pharmaceuticals in Durham, NC and I have co-oped with EDT, an enzyme research company in Atlanta. I love talking about NC State and all it has to offer!

Hannah Getsee

Hi! My name is Hannah Getsee and I am a sophomore majoring in paper science engineering and chemical engineering. One day I hope to work in the packaging design industry. On campus, I am involved in campus ministries and marching band! When I am not busy with school, I enjoy trying new restaurants around downtown Raleigh!

Lauren Capoziello

Hey Wolfpack! I’m Lauren Capoziello and I am a Junior majoring in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering with a minor in Biomanufacturing. This is my second year as an Engineering Ambassador and I am so excited to get involved again this year. Outside of Engineering Ambassadors, I’m also a part of the Engineers’ Council, AICHE, and ISPE. This summer I also interned at Novo Nordisk and will continue working there part-time throughout the semester. I’m so excited for the year ahead, Go Pack!

Lauren Turrentine

Hi Everyone! My name is Lauren Turrentine and I’m a sophomore from East Tennessee. I am majoring in Chemical Engineering, and minoring in Nanoscience. On campus I am involved in Alpha Omega Epsilon (Engineering Sorority) and Engineering Ambassadors. Outside of school, I enjoy painting, baking, and singing. Go Pack!

Liana Lessard

Hi! My name is Liana, and I plan on majoring in Chemical Engineering from Wake Forest, NC. I am on the Engineering Ambassador team, along with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), Women In Science and Engineering (WISE), and the American Institute of Chemical Engineerings (AIChE). Outside of class, I enjoy walking with friends and watching Harry Potter.

Morgan Willis

Hi Wolfpack! My name is Morgan Willis, and I’m a junior majoring in chemical engineering and minoring in material science and engineering. Along with engineering ambassadors, I work on campus as an undergraduate researcher. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the violin as well as rocketry. I build and launch my own high-power rockets, and I’m also a  member of the Liquid Rocketry Lab which is working to send a rocket to the Karman line! When I’m not busy with school, work, or extracurriculars, I enjoy game nights with my friends.

Hey everyone! My name is Noha Zayan, and I’m a junior majoring in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Sustainable Engineering, Energy and the Environment. I’m also double minoring in Spanish and Technical & Scientific Communication. Hello hello! I’m Pradhan, an international student from Bangalore, India – I’m a senior in the Computer Science Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s program. On campus, I am involved with the START Program, the University Scholars Program, Challah for Hunger, the Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity, and the Project Manager Lite Internship with OIT. Zack Horton

Hey everyone! My name is Zachary “Zack” Horton and I am a junior majoring in Industrial and Systems Engineering and minoring in Statistics. Aside from being an Engineering Ambassador, I am the President of the American Society for Quality Student Branch at NC State, a member of the Club Baseball team, a member of Tau Beta Pi & Alpha Pi Mu honor societies, as well as a University Scholars student. During my free time, I love supporting NC State sports, especially football at Carter-Finley stadium.

Magdalen Lavelle

Hey! My name is Magdalen Lavelle and I’m a rising sophomore in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Along with Engineering Ambassadors here at State, I’m involved in Women in Science and Engineering, NCSU WellRec, and the Health Professions group. I love spending time outside (especially in this beautiful NC weather), working out, and volunteering at the animal shelter. This past summer, I interned at Averix Bio in Wilson, NC through the RuralWorks! program at State; however, I cannot wait to get back to campus this fall to enjoy the real college experience! Hi Wolfpack! My name is Morgan Willis, and I’m a junior majoring in chemical engineering and minoring in material science and engineering. I major in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and have a minor in Renewable Energy Assessment. At NC State, I am the Co-founder and President of the Society of Sales Engineers. Outside of this, I’ve also been involved with the University Scholars Program, Engineering Ambassadors, Student Government and Catholic Campus Ministry. I have recently studied abroad in China, finished a co-op in Hickory, and have interned with Duke Energy in their Emerging Technologies Office. I am a 3x Intramural Dodgeball champion, and you can frequently find me on the Jumbotron at NC State football and basketball games cheering loudly for the Wolfpack!

Sammie Graff

Hello there! My name is Sammie Graff, born and raised in Apex, NC, and I’m majoring in Aerospace Engineering and minoring in math. I’m currently the VP of Volunteering in the FIRST Alumni Association at NCSU, and I’m a member of the Goodnight Scholars Program. Outside of school, I love cooking and baking, and I’m always down for a round of Mario Kart! Looking forward to a wonderful year with the Wolfpack 🙂

Hi! My name is Isabelle Salzmann and I am a junior in Textile Engineering! On campus I am involved in undergraduate research within the College of Textiles, the Filipino American Student Association, and Alpha Phi Gamma Asian Interest Sorority. Off campus I am an intern at Cotton Inc. and I serve at a restaurant downtown.
