The first button below points to “Active Learning Tutorial,” a short tutorial in PDF format that defines active learning, gives examples of activities and formats and answers frequently-asked questions about the method. The second button points to a multiple-choice quiz on the tutorial contents that provides feedback on incorrect responses.
We suggest you open both files in separate browser tabs so that you can easily go back and forth from one to the other. Either go through the tutorial and then take the quiz or start with the quiz and use the tutorial as a reference when uncertainties arise.
