Student chapter of Engineers Without Borders receives Green Brick Award
The NC State Sustainability Council announced the 2018 recipients of the university’s Green Brick Awards at an April 26 ceremony recognizing outstanding contributions to sustainability. NC State’s student chapter of Engineers Without Borders is the campus organization winner.
College, University recognized by State Employees Combined Campaign
Karen Autry, chair of the 2016 North Carolina State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC) committee in the College of Engineering, received the Above and Beyond Award, which is awarded by the campaign “to a long-term volunteer who continues to come up with creative ideas to keep the campaign fresh, through good or bad years.”
