Having graduated only a month ago, ISE’s Abby Lampe will be spending the summer in Spain. But she took a slight detour to visit Gloucester, UK, to participate in a 600-year-old race. She not only competed in this bucket list type of event, but she also won the world-famous Gloucester Cheese Roll taking several tough tumbles on her way to victory.
