Join the EB Oval challenge

Cornerstone Society LogoWith great challenges come great opportunities.

The challenge of raising the private capital for Engineering Oval Building* has provided the College of Engineering with many opportunities to meet new people and reconnect with old friends as we continue the College’s move to Centennial Campus. With this move, we are providing our students and faculty with the state-of-the-art facilities that are the hallmark of any great college.

We are excited to share with you a great way to make your gift to the Cornerstone Society have even more impact, thanks to an anonymous donor who has made a challenge gift to help raise funds for Engineering Building Oval. The donor will match dollar for dollar any gift to the Cornerstone Society, so your donation automatically doubles.

This extraordinary gift matching challenge is only available through January 31—or possibly earlier should donations reach the $5 million goal ahead of time.

The Cornerstone Society recognizes gifts to Engineering Building Oval of $100,000 or more and provides naming opportunities for donors in EB Oval or any of the other three engineering buildings and the Constructed Facilities Laboratory.

To take advantage of this gift-doubling option, please contact Griffin Lamb at 919.515.7458 or grlamb@ncsu.edu.

*[Editor’s Note:  The Engineering Building Oval (EB Oval) was renamed Fitts-Woolard Hall on April 20, 2018, at the groundbreaking ceremony.]
