The Science Sisters Circle

Have you ever wanted to...

  • find out more about women in science but never had the time to pursue your interests?
  • to build a community for graduate women of color in the sciences?
  • discuss the role of women in science with other women in science?
  • have a low-key social function that celebrates your scholarly pursuits?

If so, please join the Science Sisters Circle!

The Science Sisters Circle is an opportunity for NCSU graduate student women of color in the sciences, engineering, and mathematics to explore issues women encounter in their fields through a collection of short readings and discussions.  In addition to gaining insight on the varied circumstances of women in science, the circle will allow an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
