Alumnus Dwight Williams, now working at the Department of Defense as a nuclear physicist, is frequently asked how he became so successful. He attributes it to 5 percent of his own effort and 95 percent of the guidance from his professors and mentors. If it hadn’t been for their guidance and direction, he says, he would not be nearly as successful as he is.
