The Engineering Dean's Forum is a new series of seminars in which guest speakers from around the nation address a wide range of topics of interest to engineering students, faculty, and alumni from all disciplines. The first presentation of this forum was made in April 1995 by Roger M. Scovil (BSCE 1951), PE, senior vice president of Lockwood Greene International, Inc. As someone who has lived and worked in many countries and speaks several languages fluently, Scovil was highly qualified to present the first topic, "New Opportunities for Engineers in the International Marketplace."
