Dr. Denis R. Cormier, associate professor of industrial engineering at North Carolina State University, has been named director of the Furniture Manufacturing and Management Center, effective July 1. Cormier, who joined the faculty of the College of Engineering in 1995, has served as co-director, along with Dr. C. Thomas Culbreth, professor of industrial engineering, since July 1, 2002.
