College of Engineering Advisory Council Holds Spring Meeting

The Advisory Council for the College of Engineering at NC State met May 22, 2002, in Page Hall, on NC State’s North Campus. Council members included representatives from industry and academia.

The meeting began with introductory remarks by Dean Nino A. Masnari and included an update of college activities and accomplishments. The council devised a new format for future meetings in order to serve the needs of the College better. After the formal council meeting adjourned, council members attended the National Academy of Engineering regional meeting, “Engineering Thin Films at the Nanoscale,” at the Talley Student Center on north campus.
