Engineering Student Stubblefield Named to All-American Golf Scholar Team

The National Golf Coaches Association has named Wolfpack golfers Leslie Stubblefield and Sarah Bonner to the All-American Golf Scholar Team. Stubblefield is majoring in environmental engineering, and Bonner is a biochemistry major.

A native of Kennesaw, Georgia, Stubblefield shot a career low with a one over par 73 in the first round of the Lady Seahawk Invitational

To be selected to the All-Scholar Team, candidates must at the top of their game, both athletically and academically, maintaining high GPAs while competing in at least two-thirds of the team’s regularly scheduled competitions during the year.
