Dr. Annie Anton, Carol Holloman and Patrick Hayes are the March Pride of the Wolfpack Award winners in the College of Engineering. The award is given to NC State employees to recognize their contributions of leadership, university community service and exceptional service to the college or unit.
Anton, who is assistant professor of computer science, won the Pride of Wolfpack Award because of her outstanding academic contributions and the extra effort she exerts to enhance her department. She played an instrumental role in the university’s being named as a Center for Excellence in Information Assurance.
Holloman is the accountant in the Department of Computer Science. She is also a recent Award of Excellence winner. She was selected for a Pride award because of the constant focus and attention she demonstrates on the job.
Hayes, who is the pre-award manager in the Engineering Research office, received the Pride award because of his exceptional service, his cheerful attitude and excellent customer service.
