City of Winston Salem Winston Salem will be purchasing 4 neighborhood electric vehicles (NEVs) for their Parking Enforcement employees in the City's Department of Transportation. These vehicles will replace gasoline vehicles used to enforce parking ordinances and write tickets in the downtown area.
