City of Greensboro The City of Greensboro is installing Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOCs) on 20 of their dump trucks. DOCs are devices that use a chemical process to break down pollutants in the exhaust stream into less harmful components. DOCs reduce particulate matter by 20%, hydrocarbons by 50%, and carbon monoxide by 40%. Contact Gary Smith |
