Please create lesson plans according to this Microsoft Word template. You should be prepared to give the teacher a copy of your lesson plan when you teach a formal whole class lesson. Also, send a copy of your lesson plan in Microsoft Word format to your graduate student supervisor so that we can file them here for other fellows and teachers to use.
