8:30 – 9:30 am-Welcome Assembly and Special Event for Students, Parents, and Teachers in Auditorium
9:30-11:30 pm-Judges Interview Students
Students should bring reading or quiet activity to occupy their time. Only Exhibitors, Fair Personnel, & Judges will be allowed in the rooms and halls during judging.
11:30-1:00-Judges deliberate
11:30 – 1:00 pm-Lunch (on You Own)
11:30 – 1:00 pm-Exhibits Open to Public
1:30-2:30 pm-Awards Ceremony in Auditorium
For security reasons no one will be permitted in the Project Display rooms between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Finalists Must Attend the Award Ceremony to Receive Their Awards!
