Faculty Development and Special Initiatives (FD&SI)
The Office of Faculty Development and Special Initiatives provides faculty with the tools needed to succeed and excel. It utilizes traditional resources, as well as innovative techniques to encourage outstanding research and professional development.
The mission of the Office of Faculty Development and Special Initiatives is to recruit, promote and retain excellent faculty across the College; actively engage faculty, administrators and staff across departments; and celebrate faculty success, achievement and promotion.
