Faculty Activity Report

College of Engineering

Reporting Period: July 1, 20__, through June 30, 20 __

The College of Engineering Faculty Activity Report is identical to the PA2 form/dossier used in the Provost’s RPT process in every way with a few exceptions.  The College of Engineering does not require the following sections to be filled out: 

  • I.A:  Statement of Mutual Expectations
  • I.C:  Self-Assessment
  • VII:  External Evaluations
  • VIII:  Departmental Assessment and Recommendation
  • IX:  College Assessment and Recommendation
