Setup of a Committee Web Site

A college faculty or staff member must first secure web space to hold the committee's web content.  Once that is set up, the tools below can write to that space.  Contact the college webmaster to get a web locker for your committee, if one does not already exist.

Running the Committee Web Site

The following tools are designed to help committee members build and maintain their web sites.  They are optional, however.  Committees can develop their sites using other tools and means so long as they are compatible with the college's web infrastructure. 

Town Crier

Post announcements, news, and meeting schedule to your committee's web site and calendar.

Minutes Minder

Upload PDF copies of your agendas and minutes to your committee web site.

Survey Server

Create simple online surveys to poll college groups or vote on committee business.
